Cablevision Sucks Optimum Boost Credit 02/13/12


Well I could have called earlier for my Optimum Boost credit but today was the day. My Cablevision problems lasted another eleven days for a total of twenty. The cablevision employee was so friendly and after a little more than 21 minutes I received a credit of $5.98.

Cablevision Sucks 20 Days Later 02/01/12


Wow it only took 20 days to get my Cablevision problems solved. I can finally open the hosting account with Optimum Online and move my hosting from GoDaddy. I have had problems with Cablevision Customer Service before but 20 days is unbelievable. Without issues like this though I wouldn't have this site!.

Optimum Boost Internet Cablevision 01/31/12


Ok, I tried to resist and not call about my cablevision problems but I did. I was finally given a ticket and development ticket number so maybe they can identify my case quicker when i call. After 14 minutes I was told today or tomorrow..

Optimum Boost My Oxymoron ? Cablevision 01/30/12


Optimum Boost my oxymoron for the day. No optimum or boost for me without my free webhosting. 30 minus 13 equals 17 days without free hosting. Forty minutes later and still another "our engineers were notified." The funny in todays call was I had the same rep from last week and he was shocked this hadn't been fixed yet..

Another day another helpful Tier 2 agent who reminded me this issue actually started January 13. Today I spent only 32 minutes on the phone. It would have been longer but I was disconnected by the agent after a three way phone call. The issue has been escalated to the " Development Team " is all anyone knows...
